Home

300 kmh tail winds all the way so we get back an hour and a half early. London airport doesn't open until six so we circle for an hour.

After an emotional reunion the PONs settle down for a restorative nap. Their owners will soon be joining them.

At the Apple store in Georgetown the staff open the doors and cheer and clap the waiting customers inside. Angus buys a new i-phone 8. Loading pictures requires new software. Why is upgrading technology never simple ?

This is interesting sign of the times:

Glad you're back and can update us on the state of the villagers.
The snippet that showed up on my email just had the tailwinds part, and I thought, "I hope he didn't have to wait to land anyway." When I opened the post, there it was. You would think London would be 24/7.

Like the Apple staff, your fans are all cheering and clapping your return. I'm looking forward to a nice walk down to the waterfall.

Welcome Home, I'm sure the Pons are thinking "This" is the Best Day Ever - Mom & Dad are found.
I hope everyone had a good snooze and the kids are enjoying extra treats and love.

Glad you are back, you were missed.
I had so much trouble getting my photos transferred from my old iPhone to my new iPhone Apple 8. What did you purchase to transfer photos that worked for you. I would appreciate if you would let me know.

We're not having much luck. I've downloaded onto a memory stick then transferred the photos into a new file -that seems to work. The i-tunes software just doesn't seem to want to interface with Windows 10. Don't wor5ry I'll keep on trying. Tonight I'll phone Cost Centre #3 and have him work it out !

Glad you're home, as are the PONs no doubt. It sounds as if you might have picked up a windy boost from that hurricane or its aftermath.
Once you work it out, hope you'll let us know the difference(s) between the iPhone 8 and earlier editions.

My corner of the world Georgetown? I hope your visit was a pleasant and enjoyable one, and that you're getting your "new toy" all figured out.

I agree with you about the GoFundme page. Of course the story that goes with it is all over the news, and I'm really hoping that the controversy part of it ends sooner rather than later.
